АЛЬГИПОР-М - современная рассасывающаяся ранозаживляющая повязка, изготовленная на основе альгината натрия - природного полисахарида, выделяемого из бурых морских водорослей. В качестве антисептика содержит фурацилин, активный в отношении грамположительной микрофлоры.

АЛЬГИПОР-М предназначен для лечения ожогов 2-3а степени, вялотекущих ран, трофических язв, пролежней, длительно незаживающих ран, в том числе у онкологических больных, а также при лечении глубокого кариеса и пульпита в стоматологии.

Повязку накладывают так, чтобы края листа  на 0,5-1см выходили за пределы пораженного участка, и фиксируют липким или марлевым бинтом. Альгипор-М меняют по мере его промокания и рассасывания в среднем через 1-3 суток. Курс лечения зависит от течения раневого процесса и составляет от 1 до 10 перевязок. В конце лечения Альгипор-М оставляют на ране до отторжения вместе со струпом.

Возможно сочетание лечения Альгипором-М с общепринятой лекарственной и инфузионной терапией, а также сочетание или чередование с местными антибактериальными средствами.

Противопоказанием к применению является индивидуальная непереносимость.
